Description

Olivia wild-caught Mahi-mahi portions have a mild, sweet flavour profile, moderately firm texture and large, moist flakes. All natural, IVP, IQF. Fletches and Portions available in a variety of sizes. Fletches: 1-3, 3-5, 5-8 lb. Portions: 2-4, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10 oz. Individually vacuum packed.

Suggested Cooking

  • BROIL: 5-6 mins per side
  • STEAM: 12-15 mins
  • BAKE: 15-18 mins / 190°C (375°F)
  • PAN-FRY: 3-5 mins per side

Handling Instructions

Keep frozen until use. Thaw in refrigerator. Cook to an internal temperature of 72°C (160°F). Refrigerate leftovers. Always wash your hands before handling.
